DONG Energy’s technology company, Inbicon, will from the beginning of 2009 produce second generation bioethanol on a test basis for Japanese industry giant, Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding (MES).

11.09.2008 Denmark's Minister of Climate and Energy commends bioethanol project
The Danish Minister of Climate and Energy, Connie Hedegaard, gave her full support for Inbicon’s bioethanol project when she formally opened the construction work on Friday 5 September in Kalundborg, Denmark.

When the United Nations convenes its 2009 climate summit in Copenhagen, we´ll showcase our biomass-to-ethanol conversion and energy-integration at our new 1.4 million-gallon-per-year demonstration plant.
